| That's me and my travel partner, Ron, on the balcony of Bahama Bob's in Tybee Island, Georgia. We were trying out Ron's tripod for this photo shoot. Ron and I share an equal love for travel and exploring new places and things. We usually always find something interesting to get into. We don't always follow the beaten path or directions and that is the beauty of our adventure and discoveries. |
| Ron enjoys traipsing through the woods. He once led me into a nest of spiders in search of an unusual flower to photograph. |

I introduced Ron to one of my favorite online games, called Hexic. It's a game of strategy, very much like chess, in which the object of the game is to get stars, black pearls and blow up bombs. Wouldn't you know...before I had gotten my first black pearl, Ron had managed to get all 3 and win the game. He has now written a very interesting piece on the strategy of the game and published it to his web site. Check it out by clicking on the picture above! |

| There are a few Quotations that have greatly influenced my life. Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, And sorry I could not travel both And be as one traveler, long I stood, And looked down one as far as I could, To where it bent in the undergrowth; Then took the other as just as fair, And having perhaps the better claim, Because it was grassy and wanted wear ~Robert Frost~ For God so the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him shall not perish but have everlasting life ~John 3:16~ The only way to have a friend is to be one ~Ralph Waldo Emerson~ I get a daily feed from a web site called Actsweb.org. Dick Innes writes many of the inspirational messages you can find there. He has authored a book entitled You Can't Fly With A Broken Wing, as well as the lovely poem called Directions. Click on the picture of the sailboat to the right and you can also check out this poem as well as many others at the site. |
